Village Mediterranean Grill is looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Team Member who takes pride in preparing great food and being someone the team can count on.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes according to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Work the grill, prep area, and other kitchen stations as needed.
• Maintain consistent quality, portion sizes, and timely service during busy shifts.
• Follow food safety procedures, including proper storage, labeling, temperature control, and sanitation.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and shared kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Communicate with teammates and help keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with deliveries, stocking, dishwashing, and opening or closing duties.
• Handle special requests and allergy instructions carefully, following established kitchen procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

• Restaurant kitchen, food preparation, or line cook experience preferred.
• Mediterranean cooking experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with grills, ovens, knives, and standard kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet during shifts.

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
