Pioneer Tap House is looking for a dependable, hardworking Kitchen Shift Lead to help lead our fast-paced kitchen team. We are searching for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates well with others, and takes pride in quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. Needs to have a flexible schedule.

This position plays an important role in daily kitchen operations by helping manage staff during shifts, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and bar teams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and supporting kitchen staff during service
• Maintaining food quality and consistency
• Communicating effectively between kitchen and bar staff
• Assisting with inventory tracking and product management (Occasionally)
• Problem solving during busy shifts
• Food prep and line cooking
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Opening and closing kitchen duties
• Helping create a positive and efficient team environment

Qualifications:

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
• Willingness to help wherever needed

Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
