About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and energetic Kitchen Shift Manager to lead our back-of-house team. We specialize in authentic Tijuana-style tacos, and we need a leader who can maintain high standards of quality and speed in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise the kitchen team (taqueros, prep, and grill) during peak hours.
• Ensure every order meets our standards for authentic flavor and presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and minimize waste during your shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and HACCP-compliant kitchen.
• Lead by example, stepping onto the line when needed to support the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume kitchens (Mexican cuisine preferred).
• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Valid California Food Handler or Manager certificate.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Open availability (nights and weekends).
• 8-10 hour shifts

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
