Kitchen Shift Supervisor

We are on the look out for an experienced kitchen supervisor to work in both of our street food residencies located at Dunkerton's Park, Cheltenham. (The Woozy Pig & Casa Loca Tacos) - as well as assisting us with event catering on location.

You will be working alongside our tight-knit team to deliver epic burgers, tacos, smoked meats and more using high-quality ingredients, ensuring food safety standards are met in our kitchen.

Reporting to the site managers, your role involves food preparation, cooking, plating and serving to a high, and consistent standard in a busy kitchen.

The role is based on a minimum 36 hour week, with ample opportunity for overtime.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet our quality standards.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area and cooking equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent service as this is a customer facing role.
