What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or related course is an advantage.
- Previous experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, or restaurant/food service is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in food preparation, cooking, ingredient portioning, and meal presentation according to established standards.
- Familiar with food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and kitchen safety procedures.
- Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring, stock handling, ingredient preparation, and FIFO inventory system.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow standard recipes, measurements, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining food quality and cleanliness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
