Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety standards
• Support bussing and food running duties to ensure tables are cleared promptly and guests receive their orders efficiently
• Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely when moving supplies, ingredients, or equipment
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and payments accurately
• Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Follow safe lifting practices during all manual handling activities to prevent injuries and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations to uphold hygiene standards
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and adhere to safe lifting practices during daily tasks
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude committed to delivering excellent guest services

Pay: $24.19 - $29.13 per hour
