Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks
• Support bussing and food running to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
• Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving supplies or equipment
• Follow proper food handling procedures to meet food safety regulations and standards
• Adhere to safe lifting practices during all manual handling activities
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and organizing kitchen storage areas

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
• Demonstrated hospitality mindset with excellent guest service skills
