Kitchen Staff

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To support the efficient preparation and production of quality food while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards in the kitchen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor food quality and report damaged, spoiled, or insufficient ingredients.
• Minimize food waste and properly handle ingredients and supplies.
• Assist other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Senior High School graduate; vocational or culinary training is an advantage.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen sanitation is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to learn and follow established procedures and standards.
• Customer and quality-oriented with a positive attitude.
