Duties

• Assist with food preparation and food running to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
• Support bussing and clearing tables to promote a clean and welcoming dining environment
• Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices
• Manage food handling tasks in compliance with food safety standards and regulations
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments
• Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during shifts
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Familiarity with banquet service or hospitality environments is advantageous
• Reliable, energetic, and eager to contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Pay: $16.00 - $27.18 per hour
