Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing dishes, and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests
• Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury
• Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests at the counter or table, ensuring prompt and friendly customer service
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Support food running duties by delivering prepared dishes from the kitchen to dining areas quickly and safely
• Follow all food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
• Assist with in-person guest services by addressing customer inquiries courteously and professionally
• Participate in team communication to coordinate tasks smoothly during busy service periods

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with food handling procedures, POS systems (such as Micros POS), and basic restaurant operations is advantageous
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques is essential
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are key for delivering excellent guest services
• Experience with kitchen tasks such as cleaning, bussing, or food preparation will help you succeed in this role

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
