About the role

This role involves ensuring compliance with the company's food sanitation and procedures, providing kitchen assistance, and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards throughout food preparation and service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the company's rules in food sanitation and procedures are followed
• Check prepared items for quality, portioning, cleanliness, and presentation before dispatching
• Provide overall kitchen assistance
• Assist in preparing food items
• Wash and dry glasses and bowls
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment and restaurant premises
• Properly dispose of food debris in designated garbage cans

Qualifications:

• Senior high school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage
