Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation and cooking

• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards

• Assist with inventory monitoring, stock counting, and checking supplies

• Help track incoming and outgoing kitchen supplies and ingredients

• Report low-stock, damaged, or expired items to the supervisor

• Keep work areas, equipment, and kitchen facilities clean and organized

• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies

• Check food quality and ensure proper storage and labeling

• Help maintain sufficient supplies during kitchen operations

• Follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures

• Work efficiently with other kitchen staff and service team members

• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage

• Willing to learn and follow instructions

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory is a plus
