Kitchen Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as assigned.
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, sauces, and other food items according to company standards.
• Assist cooks and other kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, work areas, and equipment.
• Wash and properly store kitchen utensils, equipment, and other materials.
• Monitor food supplies and inform the assigned supervisor or kitchen personnel when stocks are running low.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen during operating hours.
• Minimize food waste and properly dispose of kitchen waste.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, food service, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
