Kitchen Staff

Kitchen Staff member prepares Korean meat cuts, portions unlimited side dishes (banchan), refills food stations rapidly, and keeps the cooking and dishwashing areas clean. They work in a fast-paced environment to ensure food is always ready for hungry diners.

Main Duties

• Meat Preparation: Slice, marinate, weigh, and arrange meat.
• Side Dish Management: Prepare, portion, and restock Korean side dishes like kimchi, lettuce, garlic, and sauces.
• Station Restocking: Keep serving trays and ingredients fully stocked for the service crew to bring to tables.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Wash dishes, sanitize cutting boards, throw out trash, and sweep floors.
• Safety: Follow health and hygiene rules to stop food sickness.
• Inventory Check: Track food supplies and report low stock to the Officer-In-Charge.

Main Job Requirements

• High school pass or equivalent.
• Past work in a food place or with at least 2 years related experience.
• Know basic safety and food handling.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift heavy boxes and supplies.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Preferably know how to cook.
• Willing to be trained and work in longer hours.

Pay: Php600.00 per day
