Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to specified recipes and standards
• Cook and assemble meals efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
• Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, including proper handling and storage of food items
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
• Support the team with general kitchen duties such as washing, peeling, chopping, and organising supplies
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
• Assist with serving food to customers or guests when required
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles is essential
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks within the kitchen setting
