Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients to support kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including cleaning utensils, surfaces, and equipment regularly
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests
• Serve food efficiently during service periods
• Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs courteously

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic food preparation techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact confidently with guests
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
