Job Summary

Kitchen Staff are responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety standards, and ensuring every guest receives a great dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock kitchen stations before each shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment, prep areas, coolers, and storage.
• Wash dishes and assist with general kitchen cleaning as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Report low inventory, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns to management.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining quality.
• Receive and properly store food deliveries.
• Assist with closing duties and deep cleaning tasks.
• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
