About the role

Grapevine is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Staff member to join our culinary team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations that our customers have come to expect. As part of our kitchen team, you will contribute directly to the production of our signature cupcakes and baked goods, ensuring consistency, quality and excellence in every product that leaves our bakery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and measure ingredients accurately according to established recipes and specifications
• Operate bakery equipment including mixers, ovens and decorating tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist in the mixing, baking and decorating of cupcakes and other baked products
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen workspace at all times
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products meet quality standards
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of ingredients
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Support the head baker or kitchen supervisor with various kitchen tasks as directed
