Key Responsibilities

• · Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks according to company standards.
• · Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, and portioning.
• · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• · Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients and supplies.
• · Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• · Support the Head Cook and Sous Cook during daily operations.
• · Wash kitchen utensils, equipment, and maintain a clean working environment.
• · Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Job Requirement/Qualification

• Previous kitchen or food service experience.
• With Japanese Resto experience is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Must be available to start ASAP.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
