- Cleanliness: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and cooking equipment. Sweep and mop floors, wipe down counters, and empty trash cans.
- Stock Management: Unload food and supply deliveries, then store them properly following safety rules. Help monitor inventory and rotate stock.
- Team Support: Assist cooks and chefs during busy service hours and keep workstations fully stocked.
