Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are handled safely and according to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
• Help with bussing tables and clearing plates to maintain a tidy dining environment
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment following safe lifting practices
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions
• Support banquet setups and service when required, ensuring guest needs are met promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safe practices
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude for in-person customer service and guest interactions
• Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing, and general kitchen operations in a hospitality environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $10.50 - $19.50 per hour
