Duties

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready and properly handled according to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment regularly
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and managing waste disposal efficiently
• Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is a plus
• Experience with kitchen tasks such as food running, basic food prep, or cleaning enhances your suitability for the role
