Duties

• Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes and standards
• Support cooking processes by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure hygiene and prevent contamination at all times
• Help with meal assembly and presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes for customers
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped during service
• Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or team members as required during meal service

Experience

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Experience in meal preparation within a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude toward customer service
