Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment regularly
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when moving supplies or equipment

Requirements

• Previous Line Cook experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing, and maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Availability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting
