Kitchen Staff

Job Summary

The Kitchen Staff is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking assistance, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You’ll work closely with our cooks and management to ensure all dishes meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation (cutting, chopping, measuring, mixing, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed
• Stock and restock ingredients, supplies, and storage areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist cooks with basic cooking tasks and plating
• Receive and store deliveries properly
• Perform other back-of-house duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food-service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed)
