Kitchen Staff – Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of appetizers, bar food, main dishes, and other menu items.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner, especially during peak hours and busy club operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Keep the kitchen, preparation areas, equipment, utensils, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food supplies to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock or spoiled ingredients.
• Assist with receiving and checking deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient food service.
• Follow proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties, including cleaning, restocking, and securing equipment and supplies.
• Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced bar/club environment.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or Management.
