Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Hibachi Hero is looking for dependable, energetic, and hardworking team members to join our kitchen team. We are a fast-paced hibachi restaurant focused on fresh food, teamwork, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

● Prepare ingredients and food according to Hibachi Hero recipes and standards

● Work the grill, fryer, prep station, and other kitchen stations as trained

● Prepare fried rice, noodles, meats, vegetables, appetizers, and other menu items

● Follow portion sizes and food-quality standards

● Keep the kitchen, prep areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized

● Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift

● Follow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures

● Properly label, date, store, and rotate food

● Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties

● Wash dishes and kitchen equipment when needed

● Communicate with front-of-house team members to make sure orders are accurate and completed on time

● Help other kitchen team members during busy periods

● Follow all Hibachi Hero policies and manager instructions

● Willing to learn multiple kitchen stations

● Able to stand for long periods

● Able to lift up to 40 lbs

● Able to work around grills, fryers, heat, and kitchen equipment

● Good communication skills

● Must maintain a clean and professional appearance

● Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule

Morning, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts may be available.

Applicants with flexible availability, including nights and weekends, are preferred.
