Kitchen Staff

We’re looking for a confident, hardworking and reliable person to join our busy restaurant team.

This is a hands-on role working as part of a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant operation. You’ll be trained across different areas of the business, with opportunities to take on more responsibility depending on your ability and performance.

What we’re looking for

We want someone who:

Is confident and comfortable working under pressure

Has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn

Works quickly while maintaining high standards

Communicates well and works confidently as part of a team

Is reliable and punctual

Takes initiative rather than always waiting to be told what to do

Keeps their work area clean, organised and hygienic

Is comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment

Wants to improve and learn different positions within the restaurant

The Role

Your responsibilities may include preparing food, maintaining food quality and presentation, keeping workstations stocked and organised, following food-safety procedures, cleaning your work area and supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods.

You may also be trained on additional stations depending on your strengths, confidence and how quickly you develop.

Experience is helpful but not essential. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to work.

If you’re confident, dependable and enjoy working in a fast-moving team, we’d like to hear from you.
