Kitchen Staff

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Team Member to handle prep work, line cooking, and dishwashing. This is an all-around back-of-house role that shifts between stations based on daily rush demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Prep: Wash, chop, slice, and portion ingredients (vegetables, meats, sauces) according to daily par levels and recipes.
• Cooking: Operate line stations (fryer, grill, flat-top, or wok) to prepare customer orders with speed, consistency, and strict adherence to food safety standards.
• Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize cookware, utensils, and service plates using the commercial dishwasher and three-compartment sink.
• Cleanliness & Restocking: Restock clean dishware to stations, empty trash/recycling, sweep, mop, and sanitize prep surfaces throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience (prep, line cook, or dishwasher) preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic will be trained.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment.
• Physical stamina to stand for full shifts, work in hot environments, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain one before starting).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.80 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
