Job Summary

The Kitchen Staff assists with preparing, cooking, and presenting pizzas and other menu items while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards. They ensure efficient kitchen operations and provide support to the team in delivering excellent food and service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

• Prepare ingredients such as dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetables according to company standards.
• Assist in pizza assembly, baking, and plating of menu items.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards consistently.
• Ensure food is prepared and served on time.

Kitchen Operations

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, slicers, and food preparation tools.
• Monitor food quality and freshness throughout preparation and service.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries properly.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

Food Safety & Sanitation

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean working environment.

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in opening and closing kitchen procedures.
• Support other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
• Participate in training and development programs.
