We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly to deliver high-quality meals to our guests.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring ingredients.
• Cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Buss tables and assist with dining room setup as needed to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and address any issues that arise during service.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs when required.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred; familiarity with culinary techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various kitchen tasks as needed.
• Previous experience in bussing or assisting in a dining environment is beneficial but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
