Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food preparation for banquets and special events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations
• Buss tables and assist with serving when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to meet customer needs
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
• Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
• Experience in banquet service or hotel kitchens is a plus
• A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
