Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items
• Support the team with meal assembly and portioning to ensure timely service
• Help monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Ensure all food preparation areas meet health regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences for guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 38.0 per week
