Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to uphold quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks
• Support bussing and food running duties to ensure timely service delivery
• Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely during stock replenishment and equipment movement
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required
• Support guest services by providing friendly in-person customer service and addressing guest needs promptly

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning routines
• Knowledge of safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques
• Experience with banquet or hotel food service is a plus
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during shift tasks
• Prior experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
