Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure timely dish delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
• Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors to produce high-quality dishes
• Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to facilitate efficient service flow
• Handle food handling responsibilities with care, ensuring proper storage and sanitation practices are followed
• Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and uphold excellent customer service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
• Experience in culinary roles such as serving or bussing is a plus
• A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
