Kitchen Staff

• Burger Preparation: Perfect the art of the smash burger, operating high-temperature grills and maintaining strict consistency.
• Food Prep: Slice fresh vegetables, portion ingredients, and prepare our signature sauces according to specific recipes.
• Order Fulfillment: Work efficiently alongside the kitchen team to assemble, pack, and check orders for accuracy under fast-paced conditions.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain immaculate station cleanliness, follow food safety guidelines, and complete daily deep-cleaning routines.
• Stock Management: Restock stations during service and safely rotate inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-casual kitchen or burger spot is highly preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Speed & Stamina: Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure during peak rush hours.
• Team Player: A positive, reliable attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility: Availability to work shifts that include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
