Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in various kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in food handling and storage, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate orders and special requests.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their meals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team setting.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for food service and a willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
