Kitchen Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Staff member to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for assisting chefs with meal preparation, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, and ensuring all kitchen operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standard of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and meats according to recipe specifications.
- Cooking Assistance: Support the cooking team by measuring ingredients, monitoring cooking times, and preparing simple dishes or sauces as directed
- Sanitation & Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize all workstations, cooking equipment, utensils, and dishes. Ensure the kitchen floor is swept and mopped regularly.
- Inventory Management: Assist with uploading deliveries, checking for freshness, and storing ingredients in designated cold or dry storage areas using the FIFO ( First-In, First-Out) method.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins regularly, manage recycling, and ensure proper disposal of food waste according to health regulations.
