Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and serving of food, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. We are looking to fill closing shifts. Expected hours are 4pm -10pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food production
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in banquet, hotel, restaurant, or similar food service settings is a plus
