Duties

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards and presentation expectations
• Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas
• Serve food efficiently at the counter or buffet, ensuring timely delivery to guests
• Support bussing and cleaning duties to keep the dining area tidy and organized
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions
• Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
• Experience with food preparation, cooking, serving, and kitchen operations
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Experience in banquet service, hotel kitchens, or culinary roles is advantageous
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest services with a friendly attitude
