Kitchen Staff

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our restaurant. This position is responsible for preparing food according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working efficiently with the team to ensure guests receive exceptional meals in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Follow food safety and health department regulations at all times.
• Properly label, date, and store food products.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory (FIFO).
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining quality.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or General Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
