Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities
– Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
– Ensure food is cooked and presented properly and in a timely manner
– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
– Handle food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and making sauces
– Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking supplies
– Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
– Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Punctual and reliable
– Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required (we will train motivated candidates)
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 years or older
