Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are handled safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Support food running duties by delivering dishes promptly from the kitchen to the dining area
• Buss tables and clear plates to uphold a tidy dining environment
• Handle heavy lifting safely when moving supplies, ingredients, or equipment in accordance with safe lifting practices
• Support front-of-house staff with serving guests and providing in-person customer service
• Operate POS systems such as square for order processing and transactions when required

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting safely
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively
• Experience with food preparation, food running, and serving in banquet or restaurant settings
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 70.0 per week
