Duties

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are handled safely and efficiently according to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely in accordance with safe lifting practices to move supplies or equipment as needed
• Follow all food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a hygienic workspace

Skills

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols
