Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing dishes, and resetting dining areas promptly.
• Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently during service periods, ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly in-person customer service.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing accuracy.
• Support food running duties by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests swiftly while maintaining quality standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is advantageous.
• Experience with kitchen operations, including cleaning routines and manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and providing excellent guest services.
• Prior banquet or large event experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
