Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food presentation and garnishing to ensure visual appeal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Support food safety protocols by handling ingredients properly and adhering to sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food storage, inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed
• Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to ensure a clean environment for guest
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
• Contribute to the overall hospitality experience by providing friendly and attentive customer service
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
