About the role
CHWAN Group has 3 Chinese resturants in Chijmes, Marina Bay and Sentosa, all are in differnt concpet but middle to premium class. We are looking for an assistant chef.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place
- Cutting, chopping and preparing ingredients
- Organising and maintaining the kitchen and workstations
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas
- Assist chefs with basic cooking and simple stove work
- Support stock arrangement and daily kitchen operations
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards
- Follow chef SOP and cook dishes
