Hot Springs Breakfast Burrito is hiring Kitchen Team Members to join our team!

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in preparing great food, maintaining a clean kitchen, and working as part of a fast-paced team. Whether you have restaurant experience or are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you.

Position Summary

As a kitchen staff member, you'll help prepare food, maintain food quality standards, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and contribute to a positive team environment. This is a tipped position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards
• Perform daily prep work, including chopping, portioning, and stocking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Assist with receiving and storing inventory
• Support teammates to ensure smooth operations
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Restaurant or kitchen experience required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Self Motivated
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
