Kitchen Staff – Tai Lai Shun

Tai Lai Shun is looking for reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Staff to join our restaurant team. We are looking for individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Prepare ingredients according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work station
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Properly store and rotate food and ingredients
• Assist cooks and other kitchen team members during busy periods
• Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Work together with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
• Must maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred

Pay

• Salary/pay is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
