Duties

• Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and plating dishes efficiently and accurately
• Support the kitchen team with cooking tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
• Serve guests with friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Operate POS systems for order processing and transactions
• Collaborate with team members during bookings events or large parties to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team
• Experience with food preparation, cooking, or culinary tasks preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous but not required
